1. WHICH ANCHOR IS BEST FOR MY BOAT?
The best anchor depends on your boat size, weight, and the type of water you are in most often. Our anchors are designed to work across a wide range of boats, from small recreational vessels to larger cruisers. Use our Anchor Finder to get a precise recommendation.
2. The solenoid clicks and the windlass will not go up/down. What is the problem?
Check the power supply to the windlass motor and all connections/terminals. Use a volt meter to check for power to and from Solenoid. If there is no power in either direction, the Solenoid needs to be replaced.
3. CAN I INSTALL THE WINDLASS MYSELF?
Yes, many customers successfully install the windlass themselves using our detailed installation guides. However, if you are unsure or prefer professional assistance, we recommend working with a certified marine installer.
4. HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY ANCHOR AND WINDLASS?
Regular maintenance includes rinsing with fresh water after use, inspecting moving parts, and checking for wear or corrosion. Periodic servicing will help ensure long-lasting performance and reliability.
5. DO YOU OFFER BULK / COMMERCIAL PRICING?
